Replenish is part of the network of eight Foodbanks locally supported by Black Country Foodbank (BCFB), a charity with its' HQ (warehouse & admin) in Halesowen, which is the 'hub' of the network; receiving, storing and redistributing food to outlets (such as Replenish across the Dudley borough and beyond.

The people who receive food from outlets do so via a voucher system; the vouchers being held by a wide range of agencies across the borough. It is the agencies' responsibility to assess the need before issuing a voucher, while an action plan is put in place to address the underlying problem(s).
